Crystal Celebration – this is the name of the opening of the first Micropigmentation Centre – clinic with no analogues in Lithuania. The opening of this increasingly popular beauty treatments space in Kaunas coincided with another important event – the fifteenth year anniversary of Gitana Vizgaitienė profesional activity, a well-known master of permanent make-up and the owner of the centre.

“Fifteen year anniversary is called a crystal anniversary. That’s why we have quite a lot of it tonight – a feast of real crystal goblets, candles in crystal candlesticks, a crystal clear arch created by “Ice Masters”, jewellery made from natural stones by Jūratė Kalvaitienė, souvenirs created from rock crystal for the guests, reflecting the theme of the evening with their transparency, snacks with snail caviar”, – the organisers of the celebration listed the surprises prepared by the organisers for the first visitors to the centre, as well as the hosts of the event Nerijus Juška and Dainius Martinaitis.

Many well-known people also wanted to get familiar with the activities of the Micropigmentation Centre – singer Neringa Šiaudikytė, TV rescuer Gerda Žemaitė, singer Nijolė Pareigytė, humourist Artūras Orlauskas with his wife Edita, dancer Sandra Kniazevičiūtė, singer Gabija Radžiūnaitė, medal designer Irina My My, world dance champions Lina Chatkeviciute and Donatas Vėželis, singer Viktorija Vaičaitė, hair stylist Karolis Murauskas, celebration planner Inga Budrienė, designer Kęstutis Lekeckas, dancer Gintarė Slausgalvienė, singer Gabrielė Rutkauskienė – Vasha, and others.

“The founder of the Unique Centre is Gitana Vizgaitienė, a professional in her field who has been taking care of women’s beauty for 15 years! This is a truly impressive period for a specialist, during which it has been possible to accumulate a lot of experience, constantly improve and get acquainted with ever more modern technologies”, – this is how the celebration’s culprit was introduced, who often shares her competent advice on long-term beauty procedures in the public space.

According to G. Vizgaitienė, micropigmentation or permanent make-up is currently at its peak, which is not surprising, because every woman wants to look beautiful at all times, regardless of the circumstances – whether she is going to an important meeting, going to the gym or looking in the mirror in the morning. In addition, micropigmentation treatments can help both women and men who are experiencing discomfort due to loss of eyebrow or eyelash hairs, various injuries or chemotherapy. They can also be used to camouflage scars, correct inherently asymmetrical facial features or other problem areas.

“Another aim of micropigmentation is to enhance the natural features of the face, to create perfect lines and to give more definition,” says the Nouveau Contour micropigmentation master.

When choosing a make-up artist to carry out a permanent make-up procedure, the first thing to do is to see what experience they have. A key factor is the number of treatments a master has carried out in a year. “As an example: a master has six years of experience, but only does one treatment per month. So his experience is limited. Pay attention to where your chosen technician has trained or qualified,” says G. Vizgaitienė.

According to her, the Micropigmentation Centre – a clinic where only permanent make-up treatments would be carried out – has been a dream of hers for many years, and has taken three years to come true.

“But now everything is the way we wanted it. Apparently, every new event has to come in its own time,” G. Vizgaitienė said.
